When you snack on raw veggies such as broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots, etc, it helps to keep your body from craving food. You might even put a certain portion of each in zip lock bags instead of putting each in a separate container.

Exercise for Weight Loss

As a part of your weight loss plan you will want to include exercise. If you find you are resisting exercise begin with simple baby steps while wacthing TV. Simply do leg lifts during one commercial. Gradually increase to doing it through two commercials.

Alternate your exercise between arms and legs. A succesful weight loss plan will include exercise so when you have achieve your weight loss goal, you will also have achieved fitness. Feeling healthy and well is not only the result of being slim and then. It is also the result of physical activity.
